    Another boring update:

    CXR: Normal
    AFP: Normal

Next appointment in 4 months, though my oncologist says he believes that the cancer is cured.

Just a note to guys who are just starting treatment: you can beat this. I was diagnosed in June 2005 and I was terrified of dying. Now my wife and I are planning to retire in a few years. Life is good.
    Left I/O 6/24/05
100% Embryonal Cell Carcinoma, Stage III
    4xBEP August - October 2005
    Surveillance since Nov. 2005

Thanks, folks. I told one of my co-workers about my checkup, and she replied that her 23-year-old cousin died of TC in 1971. She said his doctors could do nothing and that it was very sad to watch such a young guy fade away.

Look how far we've come; medical miracles do happen.
