Blood Levels

Quick question, having anemia is low red blood counts right....then what are low platelets, I know I should have asked Dr. when Chris was in treatment, but a friend just had an aneurysm and I was told it was low platelets....any info...thanks...Mary Ellen

All set on my question, Chris' aunt answered it for me...thanks....platelets are not the same as what is involved with anemia.
