      A wonderful tribute to a great warrior.
      Son Jason diagnosed 4/30/04, stage III. Right I/O 4/30/04. Graduated College 5/13/04. 4XEP 6/7/04 - 8/13/04. Full open RPLND 10/13/04. All Clear since.

      Treated by Dr. Rakowski of Midland Park, NJ. Visited Sloan Kettering for protocol advice. RPLND done at Sloan Kettering.

          Biil, thanks so much for finding this and posting. Nikki's spirit was evident in his posts here. I'm so glad he's being memorialized in this way by his fellow climbers.
          Retired moderator. Husband, left I/O 16Dec2005, stage I seminoma with elevated b-HCG, no LVI, RTx15 (25Gy). All clear ever since.

              hey nikki, never spoke to you before but was contact by somebody who knew you as im doing the 3peaks challenge in the uk for cancer research. ill be carryin ur photo an story up the mountains...
              pain right testicle mid feb 2009
              urology app 1st may- urologist felt lumps an bumps so immediate us scan confirmed likely tumour.
              6th may- operation
              13th may- histology- nonseminoma, 99% embryonic ca, 1%yolk sac tumour
              27th may- ct- paraaortic lymphadenopathy
              15th june- started first bep of 3
              rpt ct scan 18th august- all clear and onto surveillance...
