  • missed you all!! Brian's update

    hello all!!
yesterday was a long day!! but, after a 4 1/2 hr surgery, the surgeon called us into the conference room with thumbs up!! they didnt have to take as much liver as they thought, all of the tumors were smaller, and they id cryo ablation on one that was buried deep into the liver. they tested the tumors right away, and so far, it was all necrotic!! they removed 4 tumors in total!!
Dr jarnigan came in today and explained to brian that things went great! we even saw Dr bosl in the AM when we were having his coffee and he had a nice smile on his face .......

So, we are with Brian right now, and he is in lala land from the drugs
but! he walked 5 laps (pretty good for having liver surgery yesterday) and he has a small fever and he is in a great deal of pain. they said the fever is normal after surgery. so the tumors ar gone! and so is his gall bladder i have to go home tonight and go to work tomorrow but i will be back right after work. so i will keep you all updated.

i love you all!! you are great friends!

    hugs!! xxxxx
