you were absolutely right about your case and my friends cases being similar,he is undergoing the TIP regimen at Sloan,and is having stem cells harvested the day after christmas.Hes getting carboplatin etopside ifosfamide and Taxol just like u said.ive been reading up on it,although im not sure but i think he is platinum refractory because his level kept going up despite the 4XBEP he already got.were u considered platinum refractory?and if u had any advise for him,id greatly appreciate it,i already told him about your story and he seems to be more at ease now.thanks so much
